15 ounces pumpkin
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix, fat free, sugar-free
1/2 cup skim milk
8 ounces Cool Whip Free, thawed
2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

Steps:

  • Using mixer, blend pumpkin and spice with the milk and mix.
  • Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
  • Serve with ginger snaps or vanilla wafers.

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup skim milk
1 cup fat-free cool whip
1 (1/16 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Steps:

  • Mix together pumpkin, spice and mill until well blended.
  • Add pudding mix and beat by hand for 2 minutes.
  • Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

  • Combine pumpkin and pudding mix.
  • Add water and mix well to combine.
  • Stir in extract and spices.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours.
