- To make powdered sugar, add 1 cup Splenda Monk Fruit and 1 tbsp cornstarch and blend together until it makes a fine dust.
- Divide the 6 cups of rice Chex into 2 gallon Ziploc bags. This will equal to 3 cups of rice Chex into each bag and set aside.
- Mix together peanut butter and chocolate either on the stove top or in the microwave in 20 second increments stirring in between.
- Once that comes to a smooth consistency, divide your chocolate and peanut butter mixture into your 2 gallon Ziploc bags.
- Now, shake!
- Let that cool for about 30 minutes.
- Lastly, divide your powdered Splenda Monk Fruit into each gallon bag.
