- Rest batter to 15 - 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat steamer.
- Mix Eno salt thoroughly into batter with whisk.
- Pour immediately into chinese teacups or moulds and place in steamer and steam over high heat for 15 - 20 minutes.
