Steps:

  • Combine sugar, cocoan, butter and milk in a saucepan and bring to boil; add vanilla.
  • Remove from heat and stir in coconut and oats.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto waxpaper and refrigerate.

1 1/2 c Oatmeal uncooked
1/4 c milk
1/4 c peanut butter (8 Tbs)
1/2 c wheat germ Toasted
1/4 c Butter or margarine
2 tb Cocoa

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan and boil over med heat for 1 min. Stirring constantly, fold in remaining ingredients. Drop with a teaspoon on wax paper and let harden. 1 stick butter, cut up in chunks
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oats

Steps:

  • Mix butter, cocoa, milk and sugar in medium pan over medium heat. Heat until boiling and keep at a rolling boil for 90 seconds. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Mix in peanut butter (do not use same measuring cup used for milk). Mix oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Wait (if you can) until cooled/hardened to serve.

¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups rolled oats

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  • Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; stir in sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil until sugar dissolves, 7 to 8 minutes. Do not stir while boiling. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in oats, coconut, and vanilla extract.
  • Drop coconut mixture by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
