1/4 cup butter
2 -3 small onions, chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)
8 ounces angel hair pasta, broken into 3- to 4-inch pieces (capellini)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
1/3 cup water
5 ounces jar salad-style olives, drained (which is 1 cup)
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and saute the onions for 2 to 3 minutes or until soft. Add the capellini and allow it to brown, stirring occasionally. When lightly browned, add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.

1/2 head garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 pinch salt

Steps:

Cook your pasta in the usual way.
The amount depends on how hungry you are.
In a small heavy pan (or very carefully in a light one) heat the oil with the garlic the black pepper and the salt.
"fry"the garlic until it has gone very slightly golden.
Turn off the heat and let it stand until the pasta is cooked.
Mix the pasta with the oil and garlic and enjoy.
