Ground beef, 1 Egg, Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix Shaker, and bread crumbs is all you need to make this easy ranch meatloaf recipe the entire family will love!

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excessive handling for a moist meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove from oven and let the meatloaf stand covered for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

1 Tbsp dried onion
1 1 oz pkg ranch dressing mix
1 3 oz Real Bacon Bits, reserve 1/4 c. for topping
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1/2 c shredded Colby cheese
2 Tbsp ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together chicken, bread crumbs, dried onion, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and egg. Spread in greased loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and reserved bacon bits. Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.

1 lb ground chicken (...[$4.00])
2 tsp. garlic powder (...[$0.08])
1 large egg (...[$0.23])
¾ cup breadcrumbs (...[$0.18])
6 tbsp. ranch dressing (divided...[$0.51])

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, cook chopped onions and bacon together over medium heat. Cook until bacon is done, drain and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F and grease a small casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cooked bacon and onion mixture, ground chicken, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and 3 tbsp. ranch dressing. Mix until everything is even.
  • Press ground meat mixture into a loaf form and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until meatloaf is golden brown on top.
  • Spread the remaining ranch dressing on top and serve hot.

3 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 lb ground chicken
3 garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, and add salsa, dressing,3/4 of the tortilla chip crumbs, and spices.
  • Combine chicken and garlic and slowly add in egg mixture.
  • Bake in a loaf pan for about an hour (or until chicken is completely cooked through).

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup herb stuffing mix
1/2 ounce ranch dressing mix, mix for dips
1 (6 ounce) package fried onions

Steps:

  • In a large bowl mix ground beef, eggs, herb stuffing mix, ranch seasoning and fried onions.
  • Shape into loaf shape and place into a 9 x 5 inch pan.
  • Cover loosely with foil.
  • Bake at 350°F for 50 - 60 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked. If desired, brush with ketchup for the last 10 minutes of cooking, uncovered.

1 pound ground turkey
¾ cup shredded zucchini
½ cup diced onions
½ green bell pepper, diced
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup steak sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix the ground beef, ground turkey, zucchini, onions, green bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, and ranch dressing mix until well combined. Form the mixture into a loaf in the middle of the prepared baking dish.
