RASPBERRY LEMONADE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour the club soda and lemon juice into a pitcher. Add the granulated sugar and stir while it dissolves.
• Add the vodka and raspberries. If you are serving it right away, add the ice to the pitcher, otherwise, add the ice to the glasses and pour the lemonade over the ice to serve. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice into a pitcher. Mix together the sugar with 3 cups water and stir to dissolve to make a syrup. Add the syrup to the lemon juice and top it up with 8 cups water. Taste to make sure it's sweet enough for you, and then add the raspberries. Mix the lemonade together and let chill in the fridge. (Keep in mind that the raspberries are tart, so be sure to sweeten enough!)
• Fill mason jars with ice cubes and top them off with the lemonade.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker add rum and raspberry lemonade and shake until well mixed. If you don't have a cocktail shaker you can simply add the ounce of rum to the glass and pour the lemonade over some ice. Stir to combine.
• Pour over ice in a highball glass (any type of glass will do). Garnish with a twist of lemon and a fresh raspberry if desired.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Combine the raspberries and ½ cup of the lemon juice in a blender; purée until smooth, then pass the mixture through a fine sieve into a large bowl to strain out the seeds (the fastest way to force it through is by pressing a ladle against the strainer in a circular motion). Add the remaining lemon juice, water, and sugar to the bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Taste, then and add more sugar, lemon juice or water if necessary (keep in mind that ice cubes will water it down). Pour into glasses with ice cubes and garnish with lemon wedges, raspberries and fresh mint, if desired. The lemonade will keep in the fridge for a few days.

EASY RASPBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• In a large punch bowl, combine raspberry lemonade concentrate, water and lime juice. Stir in lemon-lime soda and crushed ice. Garnish each glass with a fresh raspberry and a mint leaf.

CAMPFIRE RASPBERRY LEMONADE COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Boil the sugar with 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Add the basil to the syrup and let sit for 5 minutes.
• Strain the basil syrup into a small pitcher and discard the basil. Whisk the lemon juice into basil syrup. Pour the mixture into 3 ice cube trays and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
• Pop the lemonade ice cubes into a large re-sealable plastic bag (freeze for up to 1 week).
• When ready to serve, add the lemonade ice cubes, frozen raspberries and water to a tall pitcher. Stir until evenly mixed. Top with vodka, if using.
• For camping: Pack the lemonade ice cubes and frozen raspberries in a cooler. Be sure to pack the remaining ingredients and a tall pitcher.
