RAZZLE DAZZLE FRENCH TOAST

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread the bacon on a wire rack fitted over a baking sheet. Bake until nice and crispy, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Mix the milk, brown sugar, salt, egg yolks and vanilla bean seeds in a baking dish to make the batter.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large nonstick skillet to medium. Dunk each side of the bread into the batter for a few seconds a side. Fry 2 slices of the battered bread until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Repeat the process, wiping the skillet clean between each fry, until you have perfectly golden brown and delicious French toast. (You can hold the French toast in a 200 degree oven on a wire rack set in a baking tray to keep warm if need be.)
- When the French toast is done, schmear each piece with some Mascarpone Cream. Then top with a pile of raspberries and 3 slices bacon. Close, cut in half and serve with maple syrup for dunking.
- Mix together the mascarpone, malt powder, maple syrup, salt and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl, and then set aside until ready to use.
RAZZLE-DAZZLE BERRY CHEESECAKE

- Heat oven to 325°F. Wrap outside bottom and side of 10-inch springform pan with foil to prevent leaking. In small bowl, mix cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir in butter. Press firmly in bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, the vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in sour cream.
- Spread half of cream cheese mixture (about 3 cups) over crust. Spoon half of pie filling by tablespoonfuls onto cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. (Refrigerate remaining pie filling.)
- Bake 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes or until center is set. Cool 15 minutes. Carefully run metal spatula along side of cheesecake to loosen. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Cover cheesecake; refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- To serve, carefully run metal spatula along side of cheesecake to loosen again; remove foil and side of pan. Spoon remaining pie filling over cheesecake.

- Heat oven to 375°F. If using crescent rounds, remove from package, but do not separate rounds. If using crescent rolls, remove from package, but do not unroll. Using serrated knife, cut roll evenly into 16 rounds; carefully separate rounds. Place 1 round in bottom of each of 16 ungreased regular-size muffin cups. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Immediately press back of rounded teaspoon into center of each baked round to make indentation. Remove rounds from muffin cups to cooling rack; cool 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix cream cheese and lemon-pepper seasoning. In another small bowl, mix preserves, horseradish and mustard.
- Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture into each round; top with 1/2 teaspoon preserves mixture. Divide beef evenly among rounds; top each with 1 rounded teaspoon preserves mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
