Steps:
- Mezcla el agua hirviendo y la gelatina en un tazón grande, revolviendo durante 2 min. hasta disolverla por completo. Incorpora el néctar frío.
- Separa 1-1/2 taza de la gelatina a temperatura ambiente hasta el momento de usar. Vierte la gelatina restante en 8 platos para postre. Refrigera durante 1 hora o hasta que haya cuajado pero aún no esté firme.
- Bate con un batidor de varillas el queso crema en un tazón mediano hasta que esté cremoso. Poco a poco, agregay revuelve la gelatina tibia que separaste. Coloca esta mezcla a cucharadas sobre la capa de gelatina en los platos de postre.
- Refrigera durante 2 horas o hasta que esté firme. Adorna con rebanadas de mango justo antes de servir.
