PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE
This Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Cake recipe is made with layers of moist chocolate cake, peanut butter frosting and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups! It's rich, delicious and so fun!

- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare three 8 inch cake pans with non-stick baking spray and parchment paper in the bottom. 2
- . Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt to a large mixer bowl and combine. Set aside.
- . Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and eggs to a medium sized bowl and combine.
- . Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
- . Slowly add the hot water to the batter and mix on low speed until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure everything is well combined.
- . Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- . Remove cakes from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
- . To make the frosting, combine the butter and peanut butter in a large mixer bowl and mix until well combined.
- . Add about half of the powdered sugar and mix until smooth.

- Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Grease and flour 2 round 9-inch cake pans.
- For the cake, put flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Use a whisk to whisk the ingredients well.
- In a stand mixer, mix the buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla together.
- Slowly add in the mix of dry ingredients while the mixer is on low.
- Add the coffee and make sure everything is combined. The batter will be very thin.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Turn the cakes out onto a cooling rack. While the cakes are cooling, make your frostings.

I purchased a bag of Reese's Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Chips today and this was the recipe found on the back. I made these cookies and they were perfect! The perfect combo of chocolate and peanut butter in a soft chewy cookie!

- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan; line with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until light and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract. Beat in peanut butter slowly.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Mix into the butter mixture, a little at a time, until batter is well blended. Pour batter into the prepared tube pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle peanuts on top. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Cool cake in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack and let cool completely.
