REINDEER SNACK

Steps:

• Heat oven to 300°F.
• In large bowl, mix popcorn, snacks, pretzels and cereal. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Drizzle over popcorn mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased 15x10X1-inch pan.
• Bake uncovered 15 minutes, stirring twice; cool. Store loosely covered at room temperature up to 2 weeks.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250°. Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. In a microwave, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients. Drizzle over snack mixture; toss to combine. Transfer to an ungreased 15x10x1-in. pan., Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

REINDEER SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
• Combine cone-shaped corn snacks, cheese crackers, pretzels, corn cereal squares, mini shredded wheat squares, and pecan halves in a large bowl. Whisk butter, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a separate bowl. Pour butter mixture over snack mixture and toss lightly to coat. Spread mixture into a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until snacks are lightly toasted and liquid has been absorbed, about 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.

REINDEER FOOD

Steps:

• Cover a large area of counter space with waxed paper and tape it down.
• Mix pretzels, corn cereal squares, peanuts, and candy-coated milk chocolate pieces together in a large bowl.
• Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour melted white chocolate over pretzel mixture; stir to evenly coat. Quickly transfer mixture to the prepared waxed paper and spread in a thin layer; cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Steps:

• In a large bowl pour your pretzels, Fritos, Bugles, Chex Mix, peanuts, and M&Ms. Place the melting chocolate or bark in a bowl & microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and, if needed, heat an additional 15 seconds until it's smooth and creamy. Watch it closely, and stop to stir every 15 seconds, otherwise it may burn.For more reliable results, use double boiler. Drizzle melted chocolate over the mixture in the bowl and mix around to coat it all. Once fully coated, take a large cookie sheet and pour coated mixture onto the sheet and spread it out and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, break into pieces. Store in an air tight container.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
• Set aside.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and oil for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.
• Continue to microwave, 10 seconds at a time, until smooth, stirring as you go.
• Do not overcook!
• Pour over the cereal mixture and mix well.
• Spread onto wax paper and allow to cool.
• Break apart and store in an airtight container.

• Microwave Directions:
• Place butter, chili powder and garlic in 3-quart microwavable casserole or bowl. Microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute or until butter is melted; stir. Stir in popcorn, snacks, pretzels and cereal. Toss until well coated. Microwave uncovered 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until toasted; cool.
