- Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
- On lightly floured surface, unroll dough. Spread mustard over dough, leaving 1/4-inch border around edges. Sprinkle corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and caraway seed over mustard. Gently roll up dough, starting with long side. Cut into 12 (1 1/4-inch) slices. On cookie sheet, place slices, cut sides down, 2 inches apart.
- Bake 17 to 18 minutes or until barely golden brown. Place spirals on serving plate; drizzle with dressing. Top each with pickle slice. Serve warm.

- Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry sheets; roll each out into a 10x15-inch rectangle. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over puff pastry. Cover mustard with a layer of pastrami slices, followed by a layer of Swiss cheese slices. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice puff pastry rolls into 1/4-inch-thick slices and lay on the prepared baking sheets. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pastry is lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute on baking sheet before removing.

- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and sauerkraut until smooth and well blended.
- Scoop 2 heaping tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto one side of a tortilla; spread evenly almost to the edges.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the cheese. Lay 2 slices of the corned beef (tearing the slices to make fit, if necessary) on top of the cheese.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly. Repeat with all other ingredients.
- Wrap the tortilla rolls in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and discard plastic wrap.
- Cut into rounds about 1 1/2-inches wide. Serve and enjoy!

- Mix together cream cheese and Russian dressing until smooth and creamy. Mix in sauerkraut. Spread one side of a tortilla with cream cheese mixture, almost all the way to the edges. Sprinkle with about 1 oz of cheese. Lay a few slices of corned beef on top of the cheese. Roll up tortilla tightly. Repeat with remaining ingredients, laying rolled tortillas on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and slice into rounds and serve.

- For the base spread and tortillas: Mix together the cream cheese and pesto until well combined. Lay out the spinach, whole wheat and jalapeno-Cheddar tortillas and divide the cream cheese mixture among them. Using a spoon or offset spatula, spread the mixture all the way to the edges of each tortilla.
- For the veggie pinwheels: Evenly distribute the spinach over the top of the base spread on the spinach tortillas. Arrange the artichokes, green olives and sun-dried tomatoes over the spinach. Roll up the tortillas tightly and individually wrap in plastic. Set aside.
- For the meaty pinwheels: Shingle the cheese, pepperoni, salami and capicola onto the base spread on the whole wheat tortillas, slightly favoring one side. Roll up the tortillas tightly and individually wrap in plastic. Set aside.
- For the spicy pinwheels: Divide the pepper jack between the jalapeno-Cheddar tortillas topped with the base spread. Divide the arugula, sliced peppers and chopped cherry peppers between the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas tightly and individually wrap in plastic. Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours.
- Unwrap and slice each tortilla into 1-inch segments/pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
