I got a bar menu on-board ship during our recent cruise & had the names of some specialty drinks, but no recipes for them. Most were tasted, touted by another (there were 6 of us) or just sounded good to me. So I did the Zaar searches & found most of the recipes at the Carnival Connections site. *Enjoy* !

3/4 ounce melon liqueur
1/4 ounce vodka
1/4 ounce Bacardi light rum
1/4 ounce Amaretto
2 1/2 ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix
1/2 ounce pineapple juice

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients & pour over ice.

1 ounce cherry vodka
1/2 ounce dark rum
1/2 ounce white rum
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon grenadine
1 ounce whipping cream

Steps:

  • Blend vodka, rums & ice cream briefly w/a half wine glass of crushed ice.
  • Pour into a wine goblet, top w/whipped cream, drizzle w/grenadine on top & serve.
