Provided by Martha Stewart

Categories     Food & Cooking     Ingredients     Meat & Poultry     Chicken

Number Of Ingredients 4

3/4 cup Roasted Garlic
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 whole chicken (3 1/2 to 4 pounds)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Tuck wing tips underneath chicken and tie legs together with kitchen twine.
