5-MINUTE ICED ROOIBOS LATTE
This 5-Minute Iced Rooibos Latte is caffeine-free, easy to make with your preferred kind of milk, and so refreshing and tasty.

Steps:
- Heat water (in the microwave, or on the stovetop) until it comes to a simmer. Add tea bags and steep for 2-3 minutes. You want the tea to be nice and strong.
- Remove and discard the tea bags.
- Add in the vanilla and honey, and stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Add in the ice, followed by the milk, and stir (or if using a mason jar, shake) until combined.
- Serve immediately.

- In a large saucepan, heat water to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and drop in the tea bags. Cover and let steep for 1 hour.
- In a large pitcher, combine the steeped tea and the sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled.

SOUTH AFRICAN ROOIBOS (REDBUSH) ICED TEA
Rooibos tea (known in Britain as Redbush), grown in South Africa is naturally caffiene free and low in tannins so it's healthier and doesn't have the heavy tannin taste that puts me off most regular teas. You can also buy Organic Rooibos which is even better. This iced tea lasts for ages in the fridge and it's really light and refreshing!

- Cut the orange and lemon into 4 thick slices each.
- Put all the ingredients into a glass jug and cover with boiling water.
- Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
- Strain, lightly squeezing the excess liquid from the teabags, fruit and mint.
- Pour strained tea into a 2L container and top up with cold water.
- Serve over ice with a little sugar syrup (if you like it sweeter) and a few slices of mixed citrus fruit (if you want to show off) -- .

- Make the tea using 1 cup of boiling water (and 3 tea bags). Set aside for a few minutes, then remove the tea bags and add the remaining cold water. Set aside to cool completely.
