ROSEMARY, PARMESAN, AND HAM SCONES
Cold butter = flaky scones. Which is what we want, of course! Use fresh rosemary! Dried rosemary just doesn’t work in this recipe. I suggest buying a block of Parmesan cheese and grating it yourself. Fresh grated cheese yields the best texture and flavor. For the ham, I just bought lunch meat and chopped it into small bits.
