ROSEMARY GARLIC BAKES BRIE
A warm and gooey rosemary baked brie

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Finely chop the rosemary and the garlic and gently toss together.
- Cut a large X on the top of your brie. Slice under these cuts so each section can flap up.
- Stuff under the flaps of the brie with the two-thirds of the rosemary and garlic.
- Cut the top off your loaf and gut so that the brie can fit inside. Sprinkle the bottom with the remaining rosemary and garlic.
- Fit the brie into the loaf, cut side up.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until nice and gooey.
- Serve warm with your choice of dippers.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Place cooking parchment paper on cookie sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon of the oil in center to a 5-inch circle. In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix and rosemary. In 1-cup measuring cup, mix wine and half-and-half. Stir into Bisquick mixture; beat vigorously 20 strokes. On work surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick mix, gently roll dough to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times. Divide into 2 balls.
- Place 1 ball on parchment paper in center of oil; press and shape into 5-inch circle. Place cheese on center of dough. Roll second ball into 6-inch circle; place dough over cheese. Pinch together top and bottom of dough. Brush top and sides with remaining 1 teaspoon oil.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes. Serve with preserves.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, balsamic, sugar, rosemary, water, and salt. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for ten minutes until thick.
- Add above ingredients to food processor and pulse until a compote consistency.
- Cut the puff pastry into an 8x8-inch square.
- Place the puff pastry on a greased baking sheet.
- Place the brie in the center of the dough. Pinch the dough up along the edges of the brie. Do not totally cover the brie. Brush all edges of the dough with the melted butter.
- Spoon the sauce on to the brie. Place the brie in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and crisp. Top with pecans and sprig of rosemary to garnish. Allow baked brie to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving and slicing.
