ROSEMARY'S BABY

Steps:

• To make rosemary simple syrup: combine 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar in a saucepan; place over med-high heat to dissolve; stir well; as soon as the syrup comes to a rolling boil and is completely clear, remove it from the heat; add ¼ cup minced fresh rosemary-push all the way to the bottom of the pan; cover and let steep for 30-40 minutes; pour the syrup through a fine sieve, pressing down firmly on the rosemary to extract all the juice into the syrup; store syrup in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
• The drink: fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice.
• Add in gin, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup; cover and shake vigorously; strain into a tall cocktail glass filled with ice.
• Top off with soda water; garnish with rosemary sprig and lime slice.

VODKA BLUSH COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill a shaker with ice. Add all ingredients except the rosemary and shake.
• Strain into a champagne glass and garnish with fresh rosemary.

GARLIC-ROSEMARY DUTCH BABY

Steps:

• Whisk 3 eggs with 3/4 cup each flour and milk and 1 teaspoon kosher salt; let sit 5 minutes. Saute 6 thinly sliced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary in 6 tablespoons butter in a large ovenproof nonstick skillet, 1 minute. Add the batter and sprinkle with more rosemary. Bake at 425 degrees F until puffed and golden around the edge, 18 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.

GARLIC & ROSEMARY BABY POTATOES

Steps:

• Wash but do not peel potatoes. Half or quarter the larger baby potatoes and cook potatoes until tender.
• Drain potatoes and spray with olive oil. Note if you do not use a sprayer to coat potatoes you will need more olive oil to cover them.
• Toss coated potatoes with garlic and rosemary.

VODKA BLUSH

Steps:

• Fill shaker 2/3 with fresh ice.
• Go light on the grenadine, it's more like a few drops. Maybe 1/4 tsp?. Look at the picture, it's very pale.
• Add ingredients.
• Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
