3 ounces Rose wine
1 ounce Aperol or elderflower liqueur
2 ounces soda water
(optional garnishes) fresh rosemary, thyme, or berries

Steps:

  • Fill a stemless wine glass, cocktail tumbler, or wine glass with ice.
  • Add the rose wine and aperol or elderflower, if using. Pour in the soda water and give a brief stir. Add any garnishes or fruit, and enjoy!
