Steps:
- Spread cereal on waxed paper.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips uncovered on Medium (50%) 60 seconds; stir. Continue heating in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until stirred smooth and melted. Transfer to small resealable food-storage plastic bag. Cut small corner from bag, and squeeze onto cereal. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes or until set.
- In large bowl, mix cookies, chocolate chunks and almonds. Break drizzled cereal into pieces; add to bowl. Store in airtight container.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, add water, milk, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil, add vanilla. Remove from heat, then add flour and salt. Stir until thickened with a wooden spoon (about 30 seconds).
- Return to heat and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. When dough forms a smooth ball, remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- With a hand mixer, beat in eggs one at a time until incorporated.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat 2in of oil to 375 degrees. Then begin piping strips of dough - cutting with a scissor in desired lengths into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd. Fry until golden and transfer to a paper towel.
- Toss with Cinnadust.
- Plate and enjoy.
CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH CHURROS
Steps:
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter, then add water, salt, vanilla and 1 stick of cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then remove the mixture from the heat. Remove the cinnamon stick and discard it.
- Add the flour to the mixture and stir until smooth dough is formed, about 3 minutes. Allow the dough to cool for 15 minutes.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the egg. Stir quickly until the egg is well incorporated. Stir quickly so that the egg doesn't cook and become scrambled eggs from the remaining heat.
- Place the dough in a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Prepare the dipping mixture by mixing the cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven or saucepan to 350F degrees. Use a candy thermometer to monitor and maintain that temperature.
- Hold the piping bag above the oil and pipe about6-inch lengths of dough into the hot oil. Turn regularly and allow them to cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain briefly then dip and roll them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve and enjoy your cinnamon toast crunch churros!

CINNAMON CHURRO CHEX MIX RECIPE
Steps:
- Dump cereal into a large bowl (the bigger, the better - this makes a ton!).
- Place the cinnamon chips and butter together in a medium sized bowl and microwave on high heat for 45 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir, then heat again for 20 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted and smooth. If you need to microwave them again, just do it for 15-20 second intervals, stirring in between. You want the melted chips to be thin so you can pour it or spoon it over the cereal, not thick and clumpy (which is how they will be if you overcook them).
- Pour melted cinnamon chips over the cereal and mix until all the cereal pieces are evenly coated.
- In another separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon. Pour cinnamon/sugar mixture over the cereal, stirring the entire time, so that all pieces of cereal are evenly coated.
- Spread cereal on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and let cool (or you can eat them warm because that is delicious too!).

Steps:
- Remove crust from bread.
- Cut bread into large square pieces.
- Crush cornflakes in a baggie, pour into shallow dish, and set aside.
- Mix eggs, milks, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Heat skillet with about 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Dip bread into egg mixture on all sides. Coat in crushed cornflakes.
- Grill on all sides until golden brown in skillet.
- Immediately roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve with syrup or chocolate sauce for dipping.
