2 -3 lbs round steaks
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) jar mushrooms
1/4 cup water

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds boneless beef round steak, cut into serving-size pieces
6 teaspoons canola oil, divided
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown meat on both sides in 4 teaspoons oil. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker., In the same skillet, saute onion in remaining oil until lightly browned; place over beef. Combine the soup, oregano and thyme; pour over onion. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.

3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 onion, chopped
6 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 pounds boneless round steak
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup water

Steps:

Place the potatoes, onion, and carrots in slow cooker. Cut steak into six pieces, then place the meat on top of vegetables. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, soup, and water; pour over beef.
Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 10 hours.

Ingredients

2 lbs round steaks, 1/2 inch thick
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French style green beans, drained
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
garlic salt
4 potatoes, quartered
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
salt and pepper

Steps:

Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Cut into serving pieces and place in bottom of crockpot.
Separate onion rings and place on top of steak.
Add potatoes and green beans (drained).
Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.
Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours.
If too much liquid, remove cover for the last half hour.
