TEQUILA SUNRISE
This pretty drink with layers of orange juice and grenadine is delicious on a hot day. The fact that the ratio of juice to tequila is high makes it a good choice for a brunch cocktail.

- Stir or shake together tequila and orange juice. Fill a chilled 12 ounce glass with ice cubes; pour in orange juice mixture. Slowly pour in the grenadine, and allow it to settle to the bottom of the glass (be patient). Garnish with a slice of orange, and a maraschino cherry.

- Combine dry ingredients in a closeable basket strainer. Immerse in hot sake and steep two hours.
- Add room-temperature sake, and leave in a cool place (40 to 55 degrees).
- Infuse (strainer in liquid) for one week. Remove strainer. Serve chilled, shaken with ice. Sake will keep one week, refrigerated.

- Combine orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a pitcher; stir until the sugar is dissolved. Cover pitcher with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator 15 minutes. Add the lemon-lime soda and the bourbon liqueur. Serve over ice.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about 15 minutes. Gently stir lemon-lime soda and bourbon liqueur into the orange juice mixture. Pour into cups filled with ice to serve.
