6 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Steps:

  • Stir 1/2 cup nuts into each kind of chocolate.
  • Drop spoonfuls of chocolate mixtures onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet, alternating colors of chocolates. Swirl with knife. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.

1 (4 ounce) packet saltine crackers, or as needed
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup butter
1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil; lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Arrange crackers in the prepared jelly roll pan.
  • Mix sugar and butter together in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Pour butter mixture over crackers.
  • Bake crackers in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot crackers; spread chocolate chips with a rubber spatula until melted. Top with walnuts. Refrigerate chocolate bark until set; break into pieces.

5 teaspoons sunflower seed butter (such as SunButter®), or to taste
¼ cup pretzel sticks, cut in half, or more to taste
large-flake sea salt

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir constantly, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out with a spatula.
  • Drop several dollops of sunflower seed butter across the chocolate. Use a butter knife to cut and swirl the sunflower seed butter into the melted chocolate. Drop pretzel sticks onto the swirled mixture and press slightly into the chocolate. Sprinkle sea salt across the top.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour. Break bark apart and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup hot caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1-1/4 cups lightly salted cashews, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Gradually beat in eggs, caramel topping and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in 1-1/3 cups chocolate chips and 3/4 cup cashews., Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until edges are firm, 10-12 minutes. 6 ounces milk chocolate (or chocolate bark or melting disks) or 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chocolate bark or melting disks)
6 ounces white chocolate chips (or white bark or melting disks)
1 cup salted cashews (pieces, halves or whole)

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolates in separate bowls for 1 minute or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until completely melted. Stir 1/2 cup of the cashews into each bowl.
  • Note: Microwaves are so different, so be careful when melting chocolates!
  • Alternately spoon melted chocolates onto wax-paper lined cookie sheet. Swirl chocolates together with knife to create marble swirls.

1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
12 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup cashew halves and pieces, coarsely chopped
1 can (13.4 oz) dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk)
2 tablespoons cashew halves and pieces
1/4 teaspoon coarse (kosher or sea) salt

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom. DO NOT PRICK CRUST. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. (Check crust after 5 minutes; if crust puffs in center, flatten gently with back of wooden spoon.) Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, heat whipping cream over medium-high heat just to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate with whisk until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped cashews. Pour into cooled baked shell. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Spread dulce de leche over chocolate layer. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cashews and the salt evenly over top. Remove tart from side of pan. Store in refrigerator.
