Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt, honey and sea salt come together to make a delightful, sweet frozen treat.

1/4 cup honey
Juice of 1/2 small lemon
Coarse sea salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
8 to 10 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

Steps:

  • In large bowl, stir together yogurt, honey, lemon juice and sea salt to taste.
  • Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 8 to 10 (3-oz) frozen ice-pop molds. Tap molds on countertop several times to get rid of any bubbles.
  • Insert sticks into center of each mold. Cover; freeze at least 4 hours or until frozen.

2 cups cut-up fresh fruit such as blueberries, bananas, cherries, grapes, papaya, peaches, oranges or raspberries
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth.
  • Divide mixture among 6 (5-oz) paper cups. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick into center of each pop. (Or fill ice pop molds according to manufacturer's directions.) Freeze about 6 hours or until frozen.

You can use a combination of vanilla and honey Greek yogurt in these pops. Makes 8 standard size popsicles

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pound red or black seedless California grapes, rinsed and stemmed
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 container (16 oz.) vanilla or honey Greek yogurt or a combination

Steps:

  • Puree the grapes in a food processor or blender (you'll have about 2 cups.) Transfer to a medium-size pot and bring to a boil. Boil the grapes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened and reduced to about 1 1/2 cups, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, stir in the sugar and honey and let cool to room temperature.
  • Fold in the yogurt just until nicely swirled, then spoon into popsicle molds. Cover with foil, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until set.

2 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks

  • Place yogurt, lemon juice and bananas in a blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary. , Pour mixture into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
