Steps:

• Dampen the rims of 4 martini glasses and then line the rims with sugar crystals.
• Combine eggnog, brandy, amaretto, nutmeg, and ice cream in a blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into martini glasses and garnish each glass with a whole cinnamon stick.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Spray a glass baking pan (large enough to hold the 4 pieces of chicken in a sigle layer) with non-stick cooking spray.
• Place chicken in glass pan and sprinkle the tops with seasoned salt.
• Spread cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
• Top each piece of chicken with a slice of Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese.
• In a small bowl, combine stuffing mix and butter and mix. (Mixture should stick together. If it doesn't add a little more butter).
• Spread stuffing mix over the chicken pieces.
• Bake uncovered for 50-55 mintues or until browned and bubbly.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a large bowl combine the macaroni, chicken, cheese, milk, soup, mushrooms and onion. Mix together and transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the water and vanilla. Stir in the flour and pecans until well blended. Cover dough and chill for at least four hours.
• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Shape dough into walnut sized balls or crescents. Place 2 inches apart onto unprepared cookie sheets.
• Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden. Roll in confectioners' sugar while still warm.
