Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

100 g Bread flour
1 tsp Instant dry yeast
1/2 tbsp Sugar
70 ml Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Steps:

Add water to a large bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Add instant dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Mix with fork then addflour and salt.
Knead the bread dough by hand. Wrap it and microwave at 200W for 40 seconds. Knead the dough again and microwave for 10 minutes at the dough rising setting.
Preheat the oven to 230 C. Make 4 equal balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes on bottom rack.
Remove the tray from the oven. Let the bread cool before serving.
