ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAKFAST WRAPS
My husband leaves for work at 4 a.m., and I want him to have a healthy breakfast to start the day. I usually make half a dozen of these on Sunday and keep them in the fridge so he can grab one and go. -Dauna Harwood, Union, Michigan

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook sausage, pepper, onion and tomato over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, breaking up sausage into crumbles; drain and return to pan., In a small bowl, whisk eggs and egg whites until blended. Add egg mixture to sausage. Cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Add spinach; cook and stir just until wilted., Spoon 3/4 cup egg mixture across center of each tortilla; top with about 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling and roll up.

- Cook the tater tot rounds according to the package instructions. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook and crumble the sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until brown, about 10 minutes. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Return the skillet to the heat.
- Whisk together the milk and eggs in a large pitcher. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and scramble, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- To build the wraps, lay out the tortillas. Divide the sausage, eggs, Cheddar, Monterey Jack and tater tot rounds evenly and place on the very center of the tortillas. Top each with salsa, sour cream and avocado. Fold the edges of each tortilla up and over, creasing as needed, to the center and as tight as possible, so that you form a parcel with each one.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place one wrap in the skillet, seam-side down. Cook until golden, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another minute or two. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and olive oil. Serve hot.

GRILLED SAUSAGE & PEPPER WRAPS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: canola oil, Kroger® Brand Mild Italian Sausages, medium yellow onion, Kroger® Brand Mini Sweet Peppers, water, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, flour tortillas, shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley, long skewers

- Preheat a gas grill to medium heat.
- Lightly oil the grates of the grill with canola oil. Add the Kroger® Brand Mild Italian Sausages and close the lid. Cook for 8-10 minutes covered, turning frequently to brown on all sides until sausage juices run clear. Remove from the grill and set aside.
- Heat a tablespoon of canola oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the onion, Kroger® Brand Mini Sweet Peppers, and water, and season with the salt and pepper. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are caramelized.
- Lay the flour tortillas on a cutting board and sprinkle evenly with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with the pepper mixture, then place a sausage on top of each tortilla. Tightly roll up.
- Wipe the pan with a damp paper towel. Set the pan over medium-high heat, then add the pepper and sausage wraps, seam-side down. (Depending on the size of the pan, you may need to work in batches.) Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown, pressing down slightly to seal. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Transfer the wraps to a cutting board and use a serrated knife to trim the ends. Then cut each wrap into 6 pieces.
- Skewer 3 pieces of wrap onto each skewer. Garnish with parsley.

- In a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let the egg cook just until it starts to set, then add the cheddar cheese, potatoes, sausage, and bacon to the center of the egg wrap.
- Cover with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked through and the cheese is melted.
