BEEF RIB MARINADE



Beef Rib Marinade image

This marinade adds a lot of flavor to beef ribs. The acid from the lemon juice and vinegar will keep the meat tender as they are grilled or smoked.

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 rack of beef ribs

Steps:

  • Prepare a smoker or grill. Remove the ribs from the marinade and cook according to the smoker instructions or your favorite rib recipe .

Easy Marinated Grilled Chicken Tenders image

These easy grilled chicken tenders are flavored with commercial or homemade Caesar salad dressing and a few simple seasonings.

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing (creamy or homemade, see below)
Optional: dash garlic powder (if extra garlic flavor is desired)
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil
1 teaspoon dried minced onion (or a few teaspoons minced fresh onion)
Dash freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a large, nonreactive bowl or resealable food storage bag, combine the chicken tenders with the creamy Caesar salad dressing, garlic powder (if using), basil, onion, and pepper. Seal or cover and refrigerate the chicken for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill or broiler. (If broiling, position the rack about 4 inches from the heat source.) Oil the grill grate or rack of the broiler pan.
  • Grill or broil the chicken tenders for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy.

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger powder

Steps:

  • Pour over meat. Refridgerate for 1-3 days OR Refridgerate for 6-8 hrs and leave for one hour at room temp before cooking
