A superb sauce with that Middle Eastern flavour from the Tahini. My six sisters-in-law tried to decide what was in the sauce! Hence the name...me being the seventh sister! Delicious in chicken sandwiches, over grilled meats and also as a dip.

3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 1/2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons tahini, sauce
1/2-1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 lemon, juice of
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Put natural yogurt, mayonnaise and Tahini sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Add mustard, honey, lemon and stir.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Add any of the ingredients again to suit your taste.

Mom's SECRET Recipe: Grilled 7-UP Chicken Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp Horseradish
1 (12 oz) can of lemon-lime soda pop (not diet)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a Ziploc bag. Add 6 chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (although the longer you go, the better they taste!
  • I usually marinate my chicken for at least 8 hours or overnight).
  • Grill over medium-high heat until cooked all the way through.

Number Of Ingredients 7

18 tortillas
10 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
3 cups onions, sliced and cooked
6 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
2 cans green enchilada sauce
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream or sour cream
1 - 4 ounce can diced green chiles

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, onions and 3 cups of cheese. Mix well.
  • Add one can of green enchilada sauce, cream, and diced chiles. Mix well.
  • Fill each tortilla - place 3/4 cup of filling down the center of each tortilla; roll up and place, seam side down, in two 9x13-inch pans.
  • After filling and rolling tortillas, pour the second can of sauce over the tortillas and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until cheese is browned.
  • Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or cilantro if desired.
