SIX-LAYER BROWNIE BARS
Layers of decadence over easy-mix brownie batter create this ultimate brownie bar.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 8-inch square pan with foil, allowing some to hang over edges of pan. Grease bottom and sides of foil with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan.
- Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.
- Top with coconut, toffee bits, chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle evenly with condensed milk. Bake 18 to 22 minutes longer or until golden brown and bubbling along edges. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 3 hours. Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan, and peel foil away. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Place butter in 13 x 9 inch pan and melt in oven. Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter.
- Spread graham cracker crumbs evenly over bottom of pan. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over crumbs. Pour condensed milk over nuts. Sprinkle coconut over condensed milk.
- Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.

BROWNIE COOKIE BARS
This brownie cookie bar recipe kind of combines brownies and cookies, except that the brownies are square and thin enough to be considered a cookie! When fully cooked, sprinkle powdered sugar over top, cut into squares, and they're ready to eat! If you scale down the recipe, you may want to use a smaller pan because these are meant to be thin. Trust me, they go fast!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat in flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and allspice. Spread batter into the prepared pan; it will just barely reach the corners.
- Bake in the preheated oven until top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top and cut into squares.

Absolutely a great nutty tasting bars. Somewhat rich, but oh, so good. This recipe was given to me by a famous Chef in Palm Springs, CA. One must try it to really enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter in a 9" x 13" oven-proof casserole dish.
- Sprinkle graham wafer crumbs on bottom and half way up sides of dish.
- Sprinkle coconut evenly over crumbs.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over coconut.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips evenly over chocolate.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
- Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool and chill before cutting.
- Cut into 2 1/4" x 2 1/2" bars or as desired.

3-LAYER BROWNIE GOODY BARS

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray or shortening. (For easier cutting, line pan with foil, then grease foil on bottom only of pan.)
- Make and bake brownies as directed on box. Cool completely.
- Frost brownies with frosting. Sprinkle with peanuts; refrigerate while making cereal mixture.
- Measure cereal into medium bowl; set aside. In 1-quart saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread over frosted brownies. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set before cutting. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store tightly covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
- Mom's Vanilla Frosting:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix with hand mixer until fully combined

- 1. In microwave-safe 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish cook margarine or butter at high for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in graham crumbs. Pat into even layer on bottom of dish.2. Microwave graham layer, uncovered, at high about 1 minute or until set.3. Sprinkle chocolate morsels, brickle pieces, coconut and nuts over graham layer. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top. Microwave, uncovered, at high for 4 to 6 minutes or until set, turning dish every 2 minutes.4. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Cut into bars.NOTE: Microwave cooking time may vary, depending on oven wattage.To bake bars conventionally, mix melted butter and graham crumbs. Pat in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish as in step 1 above. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate morsels, brickle pieces, coconut and nuts over graham layer. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. - Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box. Pour one third of the batter into a parchment paper lined 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Dot the top of the brownie batter with large spoonfuls of Nutella. Spread Nutella smooth, then top with a second layer of brownie batter. (Again use one third of the brownie batter.)
- Press Oreos into the surface of the brownie batter. Then, spread the Biscoff Cookie Butter across the surface of the cookies until the Oreos are completely covered.
