57 SAUCE BEEF STROGANOFF
I found this on my heinz 57 sauce, and went to the website, and i made this. It's good.

Steps:
- 1. Prepare egg noodles according to pkg. directions. In large skillet over med. high heat, brown ground beef for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onion and cook for additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in 57 sauce, granules and mushrooms. Dissolve flour in 2 C. of water and add to skillet. Continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened and heated through. Stirring frequently. Gently stir in sour cream and serve over hot noodles.
HEINZ 57® COPYCAT
Someone left the bottle empty in the fridge (well, just a few drops is the same as empty). I had just enough to copy it, then when I brought a sample to my unsuspecting taste-tester, he liked mine better than the original! I washed my Heinz 57® bottle, multiplied this recipe to fill 'er up, and haven't bought another name brand since. Hope you like it!

- Brown ground beef and onions in shortening in a skillet. Drain off excess fat. Stir in hot water, tomatoes, 57 sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Add macaroni; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender. Garnish with minced parsley.
