1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
2 ½ cups spaghetti sauce
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices processed American cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Meanwhile, place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and combine with spaghetti sauce.
  • In a large bowl toss pasta with Parmesan cheese and eggs. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and spread sauce mixture over pasta. Top with American cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 pound thin spaghetti
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups Water
1 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup green bell peppers
1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) Original Crispy Fried Onions

Steps:

  • COOK beef and garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring often; drain.
  • STIR in uncooked spaghetti, sauce and water. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 15 min. or until spaghetti is cooked, stirring occasionally.
  • TOP spaghetti mixture with cheese, peppers and Crispy Fried Onions. Cover and let stand 3 min. until cheese is melted. Serve with bread sticks and a small tossed salad, if desired.

1 package (7 ounces) ready-cut spaghetti
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup water
1 can (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in uncooked spaghetti and the next eight ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until melted.

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 cups water
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon grape jelly
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces uncooked thin spaghetti, halved

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, cook beef, green pepper, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, 8-10 minutes, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. , Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, jelly and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in spaghetti. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until spaghetti is tender, 6-8 minutes.

18 fluid ounces tomato juice
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 ½ teaspoons chili powder, or more to taste
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
7 ounces spaghetti

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Mix water, tomato juice, tomato paste, minced onion, chili powder, sugar, oregano, garlic salt, and salt into ground beef; cover skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer beef mixture, stirring occasionally, until flavors have blended, about 30 minutes.
