Slimming World Mash - Syn Free Mashed Potatoes image

Super creamy Slimming World Friendly Mash Potatoes

Provided by Cake and Kale

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

800 g Potatoes (peeled and cut into smaller pieces)
1 Vegetable (or chicken) stock cube
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp Fat free plain yoghurt

Steps:

Place the potatoes in a pot
Cover with water and bring to a boil
Add your stock cube to the water when it boils - and let simmer until cooked (around 15-20 minutes)
Drain, but keep around 1 cup of the stock
Mash the potatoes using a potato ricer or masher
Add the stock little by little until you have a smooth mash
Finally add the fat free yoghurt to get that super creamy texture. Mix well and eat immediately!
