Steps:
- Brown ground beef and half way through add celery and onion.
- Drain fat; add the butter.
- In a bowl mix the soup, soy sauce, water, rice, and meat mixture; stir well.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or so.
- I have used Minute rice for this and it has come out just as good as regular rice.
- I have also used cream of potato soup instead of cream of mushroom soup and it was great!

(drain fat) then add butter. in a bowl add soup, soy sauce, water, rice, and meat mixture and stir well. pour in a greased baking dish and bake covered at 350 for 1 hour or so. I have used minute rice for this and has come out just as good as reg rice. I have also used cream of potato instead of mushroom and it was great!

- In a skillet cook the ground beef until completely cooked all the way through. Once the beef is cooked thoroughly remove from heat then drain the beef and set aside.
- To the same pan add 1 Tbs butter and start melting it. Place the onions and celery in and start sautee and cook until tender, around 7 minutes.
