SLOW COOKER BEEF STROGANOFF II
A delicious beef stroganoff recipe for the slow cooker. This one uses round steak and golden mushroom soup mixed with egg noodles and sour cream. Very simple to assemble and the slow cooker does the work for you.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Roll the beef in flour and saute in the hot oil until well browned, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meat to the slow cooker and top with the soup, water and bouillon.
- Cook on high setting for 8 hours. Stir in the sour cream during the last 30 minutes.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Serve the meat over the noodles.

- Cut steak diagonally across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place steak, mushrooms, onion, mustard, parsley, garlic, salt, dill, and black pepper into a 3-quart slow cooker; stir well.
- Place flour in a small bowl; gradually add broth, stirring with a whisk until blended. Add to slow cooker; stir well. Cover with the lid; cook on High for 1 hour. Reduce heat to Low and cook until steak is tender, 7 to 8 hours.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Add beef; shake until well coated. , In a large skillet, melt butter. Brown beef in batches. Remove and keep warm. - Gather the ingredients.
- Trim all excess fat from steak and cut into 3-inch strips about 1/2-inch wide.
- Combine 1/2 cup flour, the salt, pepper and dry mustard.
- Toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly.
- Place coated steak strips in the crock pot and stir in onions and mushrooms.
- Add beef broth and wine; stir to blend.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- In a small bowl combine the sour cream and flour. Mix until smooth.
