1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning (or to taste, see note)
10.75 oz Can Cream of Celery Soup
6 oz Box Stove Top Stuffing
2 Cups Chicken Broth

Steps:

  • In a bowl mix stuffing and broth together and set aside.
  • Place tenderloin pieces in the bottom of your 6 qt slow cooker (I usedthis one.)
  • Sprinkle poultry seasoning over tenderloins.
  • Pour soup over chicken and spread evenly.
  • Once stuffing has absorbed all of the chicken broth pour evenly on top.
  • Cover with lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours

8 (4 oz each) thin boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets ((2 lbs total))
6 slices 2% reduced fat Swiss cheese
½ cup skim milk
1 (10.75 oz) can of Campbell's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
6 oz box of chicken flavored stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
4 tablespoons light butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer across the bottom of the baking dish. Tear the cheese slices into pieces and use them to cover the breasts.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the milk and cream of chicken soup until combined. Pour over the top of the chicken.
  • In another mixing bowl, stir together the stuffing mix and melted butter until the stuffing is coated. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the tops of the chicken.
  • Place in the oven and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.

1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
10 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup butter, (melted)

1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes
1 (10-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Lightly spray a 6 to 7-quart crock pot with cooking spray. Place onions in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of onions and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

4 boneless chicken breast halves, without skin
4 slices Swiss Cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup *See Notes (10 1/2 ounce can)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup *See Notes (10 1/2 ounce can)
1 cup chicken broth
1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (I use the cubes.)
1/2 cup melted butter *See Notes
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour chicken broth over chicken breasts. Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Spoon the soup over the cheese and spread to form a seal. (The soup, broth and cheese form the gravy.) Sprinkle stuffing mix over the soup. Drizzle melted butter on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Before serving, I stir the stuffing into the 'gravy' mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to get the top crusty stuffing cubes moist. Notes: I use spray butter and spray the heck out of the top of the stuffing. I use one cream of roasted garlic mushroom soup and one cream of chicken and mushroom soup. You can also use chicken tenders or even boneless thighs. Four slices of Swiss cheese should still cover it, but maybe use five, I eyeball everything.

1/4 cup milk -

2 tblsp dried onion flakes - (more or less to taste)
6 oz stuffing mix, chicken or turkey flavor
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray and turn it on. Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker and top with shredded cheese. As much or as little as you would like. We usually use about 1/4 of a cup of shredded cheese per chicken breast. In a medium sized bowl combine soup, garlic, onion flakes and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle package of dry stuffing mix over soup and chicken. Drizzle melted butter all over the top of the stuffing. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 or until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear. Serve and enjoy!
