Steps:
- Dice 1 large onion and slice 4 Serrano peppers. Layer them in the bottom of a 7 qt crock pot.
- Dice 14 oz of smoked sausage, cube 2 lb of petite sirloin steak (or steak of your choice), and cube 3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast. Add all meat to the crock pot.
- Add 4 cans of Ranch Style beans to the crock pot.
- Then, add 9 oz of bbq sauce, 1/4 cup of A-1 steak sauce, and 4 TBSP of chili powder to the crock pot. Stir it all together.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours until meats are tender and cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- At the very end, add 2 cups of shredded colby jack cheese and stir in. It is ready to serve once cheese is melted.
