Smoked Cheez-Its are about to become your new favorite snack! They are addictively delicious and worth the extra steps from enjoying them straight out of the box. Smoke Cheez-Its on your Traeger for a quick and easy treat that is perfect your next party or tailgating event!

Steps:
- Start smoker and set at 225 degrees F.
- Empty Box of Cheez Its into a bowl
- Spray with oil and stir. Do this a few times so that all the crackers have a coating of oil
- Shake your seasoning onto the crackers and stir. You can do a little or as much as you like
- Place on a cookie sheet or a perforated vegetable grilling basket and put in smoker
- Smoke for 1-2 hours (depending on your smoke preference, stirring every 15-30 minutes
- Remove and enjoy

This Smoked Cheez Its recipe is perfect for snacking any time of the day or night. Fire up the grill and smoke these tasty crackers for your next party or event. They would be perfect for tailgating as well!

Steps:
- Fill pellet hopper with Traeger Signature Blend Wood Pellets, or pellets of your choosing.
- Start the Traeger using the smoke setting with the lid open until the fire is well established.
- Set the temperature between 200-225 degrees F and preheat the Traeger with the lid closed.
- While the Traeger is preheating, pour the crackers in a large bowl.
- Add the oil, worcestershire sauce and Traeger Prime Rib Rub to the bowl. Mix gently until all the crackers are well coated with the mixture.
- Transfer the crackers to a cookie sheet or aluminum pan. Spread out evenly.
- Place your pan in the smoker and close the lid. Allow to smoke for approximately 90 minutes, stirring them every 30 minutes so they don't stick together.
- Remove from the smoker and stir. Then allow them to cool down.
- Serve!
