- HEAT oven to 350°F. Stir graham cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl until evenly moistened. Firmly press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips and marshmallows on top of crust. PLACE 1 cup chocolate chips in small bowl. Bring 1/2 cup cream to a boil in small saucepan over medium heat. Pour over chocolate chips; let stand 45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle evenly over marshmallow layer. BEAT cream cheese, egg and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Blend in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour evenly over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chocolate chips. BAKE 32 to 37 minutes or until set in center and golden brown on top. Place remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips in small bowl. Bring remaining 1/2 cup cream to a boil in small saucepan over medium heat. Pour over chocolate chips; let stand 45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle evenly over warm bars. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. - Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Place graham crackers side-by-side to cover the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over graham crackers.
- Heat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture starts to bubble. Pour mixture over chocolate chips and crackers. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over the top.
- Place baking pan under the broiler until lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from broiler, cool completely, and cut into squares.

- Spread 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread onto the bottom of each peanut butter cookie.
- Skewer a marshmallow and turn slowly over a campfire or grill until roasted on the outside and soft and melted in the center, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Place roasted marshmallow on top of 1 cookie, chocolate-hazelnut spread-side up; cover with another cookie, chocolate-hazelnut spread-side down. Press together to grasp the marshmallow and pull out the skewer.

- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with waxed paper, overlapping all 4 sides. Spray with cooking spray.
- Place a nonstick pan over low heat and add the butter. When melted, add two-thirds of the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until the marshmallows have melted and combined with the butter, about 3 minutes. Next, fold in the chocolate chips and stir until they are melted too. Add the salt and half of the broken graham crackers and stir so the cracker pieces are incorporated into the chocolate marshmallow mixture but not broken up too much.
- Tip the mixture into the prepared pan and press it into the pan with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle over the remaining graham crackers and marshmallows, pressing them down with your hands so they set into the base. Next, add the coated candies and sprinkles and press them down.
- Allow to set for 1 hour before removing from the pan and cutting into bars. Or you can chill for 10 minutes and slice if you're in a hurry!
EASY S'MORES BARS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, leaving a 1-inch overhang on sides.
- Crumble graham crackers in a bag; pour into a bowl. Stir in butter and brown sugar until well mixed. Press graham cracker mixture into bottom of pan to form crust.
- Bake in preheated oven until crust is lightly browned and smells toasted, about 7 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven; cover crust evenly with marshmallows. Sprinkle chocolate chips over marshmallows.
- Bake in preheated oven until chocolate chips are melted and marshmallows are browned, about 3 minutes.
- Let s'mores rest in pan until cool, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 45 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into squares.

I got this recipe off the back of a Eagle Brand label years ago. You must use the Sweetened Condensed Milk, NOT the evaporated milk. Perfect for tailgating, goes over great with children and adults!

- Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for glass baking dish).
- In a 13x9 in baking dish, melt butter in oven.
- Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter. Pour eagle brand evenly over crumbs. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Press gently with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows. Gently press down with fork. Bake 2 minutes more.

- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Finely crush 14 grahams; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Drizzle with milk.
- Break remaining grahams into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle over dessert; top with chocolate, then marshmallows.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
