S'MORES & PRETZELS QUESADILLAS
I quick and gooey, chocolatey treat. I don't care for graham crackers, so I came up with this instead. You could probably also cook this in a pan on the stove top, but you'd need to toast the marshmallows seperately.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. On a surface that you can easily slide the tortillas off of, spray with the cooking spray one side of the tortilla, and place sprayed side down.
- Divide the chocolate chips and pretzels evenly between the two tortillas, and spread evenly. Top with the marshmallows.
- Slide the tortillas onto the oven rack, and bake about 5 minutes until chocolate has melted. Switch the oven to broil until the marshmallows have browned.
- Remove from oven and fold each tortilla in half. Cut each tortilla into 3 wedges and serve.

- Heat a grill or grill pan. Place 4 tortillas on a clean work surface; scatter each with chocolate pieces and marshmallows. Place the 4 remaining tortillas on top, press them together to seal. Grill until tortillas are browned and chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey, about 30 seconds per side. Cut into wedges, and serve.
PB&J S'MORES QUESADILLAS

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a heaping teaspoon of marshmallow cream off center on Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisp®. Place on prepared sheet. Freeze for at least 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
- Line a work surface with waxed paper. Dip marshmallow-covered half of pretzels in melted chocolate about halfway up. Place on waxed paper and immediately sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Allow chocolate to harden before removing bites from waxed paper, about 5 minutes.

- Place length of wax paper on counter surface. Butter one side of tortilla. Place buttered side down on wax paper. Lightly sprinkle cayenne pepper on half of tortilla, if desired. Spread graham cracker crumbs on same half of tortilla.
- Remove chocolate bars from wrappers; break into sections. Position chocolate bar sections on half of tortilla, breaking to fit, so that they don't extend beyond edge of tortilla. Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup marshmallows over chocolate. Fold tortilla to cover filling.
- Heat ovenproof skillet several minutes on medium low heat. Carefully add quesadilla; heatseveral minutes or until tortilla is golden brown and crisp, turning once.
- In skillet, top quesadilla with cinnamon sugar and remaining marshmallows. Place in oven on low broil for 1 minute or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
