VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT
This frozen yogurt is so much easier than homemade ice cream! Just so you know, this freezes a lot quicker than ice cream. Also, if you want tart frozen yogurt, feel free to decrease the sugar!

Steps:
- Stir the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the sugar has dissolved. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions until it reaches "soft-serve" consistency. Transfer to a one- or two-quart plastic container with a lid; cover surface with plastic wrap and seal. For best results, frozen yogurt should ripen in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Steps:
- Freeze bowl for ice cream maker for at least 24 hours before starting this recipe.
- Combine all ingredients in the order listed on the ingredients list in a high-speed blender. Process until well combined, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer to the ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- The frozen yogurt will still seem soft when it's done, with the texture of soft serve. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, or place in an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Easy to make frozen yogurt recipe that I stole from "Hilary Meyer" the Associate Food Editor from EatingWell Magazine. This recipe was posted on Yahoo. Make sure you use super fine sugar if you can. Helps a lot.

Steps:
- Combine fruit and sugar in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice. Serve immediately.

- Pour any excess liquid out of the yogurt containers. In a large bowl, whisk the yogurts, sugar, and honey until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and add a few more tablespoons of sugar or honey if necessary (some brands of yogurt are more tart than others).
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing yogurt in your ice cream/frozen yogurt machine. You'll know it's ready when it's smooth and stiff (it will harden even more in the freezer). Serve right away with fruit toppings, if using, or transfer to a container and freeze until ready to eat.
