MILKSHAKES

Steps:

• For the strawberry shake, through the feed opening of a running blender, pour in milk, followed by the white chocolate chips, and the strawberries (reserving a few slices of the strawberries for garnish, if desired). Blend until smooth, then scoop in the frozen yogurt, a little at a time until it is a smooth, but still frozen consistency. Garnish with reserved slices of strawberry if desired, and serve immediately.
• For the chocolate shake, through the feed opening of a running blender, pour in milk, followed by the milk chocolate chips (reserving about a half dozen of the chips for garnish, if desired), and the chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth, then scoop in the chocolate frozen yogurt, a little at a time until it is a smooth, but still frozen consistency. Garnish with reserved milk chocolate chips if desired, and serve immediately.
• For the vanilla shake, through the feed opening of a running blender, pour in milk, followed by the white chocolate chips (reserving about a half dozen of the chips for garnish, if desired), and the vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, then scoop in the vanilla frozen yogurt, a little at a time until it is a smooth, but still frozen consistency. Garnish with reserved white chocolate chips if desired, and serve immediately.

S'MORES MILKSHAKE

Steps:

• Toast 6 marshmallows over a gas flame or in a broiler for about 30 seconds on each side. Thread the remaining 3 marshmallows on a skewer.
• Blend chocolate ice cream and milk until smooth and just pourable. Add toasted marshmallows and pulse to combine. Spread some hot fudge sauce on the sides of a tall glass. Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. Crumble in the graham cracker. Top with some hot fudge. Top with milkshake; do not fill to the top of the glass or it will overflow when toppings are added. Pipe on whipped cream, as desired.
• Dip a few pieces of graham cracker in hot fudge and arrange in the whipped cream. Toast the skewered marshmallows, then arrange the skewer in the milkshake. Serve with a straw, bowl, and spoon.

SOUTH BEACH MILKSHAKES

Steps:

• Crush ice cubes in blender.
• Add remaining ingredients.
• Blend and enjoy!
• I accidently added cinnamon instead of cocoa and had a yummy surprise, so experiment!

THICK MILKSHAKES

Steps:

• Scoop the ice cream into a blender.
• Fill the blender with whole milk until it just covers the first scoop (approximately 1 cup).
• Put in the vanilla if this is a vanilla oriented shake.
• Put in the pudding mix (be creative with the flavor).
• Here you can stick in whatever extra flavor you want. I have tried peanut butter, bananas, chocolate syrup, strawberries, or nothing.
• Last put in the malt if you want it malted.
• Blend in bursts, then blend somewhat slowly to consistency of choice.
• Enjoy thick milkshake.
