This awesome Low Calorie Sparkling Orange Punch Bowl looks like a sangria gone wild, with grape halves, kiwi slices, strawberries and mandarin oranges.

Steps:
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Gently stir in club soda.
- Pour into clear 2-1/2-quart glass punch bowl; cover. (For extra sparkling bubbles, refrigerate 15 minutes, then gently stir for 5 seconds.)
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with fruit just before serving. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

- Fill a martini pitcher or jar halfway with ice, then stir together the cranberry juice, gin, orange liqueur and lime juice. Strain into another pitcher and keep chilled.
- To serve, fill a flute three-quarters of the way with the cranberry base. Top with the cava and drop in an orange garnish.
MANDARIN PUNCH
Steps:
- Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water and spices in a small pan and heat gently, stirring, until melted to a thick, clear syrup. Take off heat, add citrus juices, stir again and let cool, at least 1/2 hour. Strain into a bowl, add candied ginger, mint and extract, stirring to mix.
- Fill a wine goblet or tall glass with crushed ice and ladle in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the mixture. Stir, then top with club soda.
