1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1/2 lb. andouille sausage, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup CLASSICO Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 cups KRAFT Shredded Jalapeño Cheese
1 small tomato, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook sausage, peppers and celery in large skillet on medium heat 6 min. or until sausage is evenly browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce; mix well. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread TATER TOTS onto platter; top with sausage mixture and remaining ingredients.

1 package (16 ounces) smoked Polish sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
2 cans (10 ounces each) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 to 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until lightly browned; drain. Add tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in spinach. Return to a boil; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the rice. Cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir with a fork.

4-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1-1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the seasonings. In another bowl, combine oil and 1-1/2 teaspoons of seasoning mixture (save remaining mixture for another use). Add shrimp; toss until well coated. Thread shrimp onto two metal or soaked wooded skewers. Broil shrimp 4-6 in. from the heat for 2 minutes. Turn shrimp; baste with remaining oil mixture. Broil 1-2 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink.

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Cajun or Creole seasoning
3/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut bread lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices. In a saucepan melt butter and stir in seasoning and salt. Brush spice butter on 1 side of slices and on a baking sheet bake, buttered sides up, in middle of oven until golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Toasts keep in an airtight container at room temperature 3 days.
