Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip image

Take this delicious, 5-minute prep, jalapeno cheese dip to BBQs, cookouts, parties, or any other occasion. This dish will make you the most popular person there! Serve with bread, crackers, or chips.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 round loaf sourdough bread

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine jalapeno peppers, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and green chilies in a bowl. Cut the top off of the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Fill the bread bowl with the jalapeno mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

3-4 whole roasted jalapenos
1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp garlic paste

Steps:

  • 1. In a food processor place cream cheese and garlic paste and pulse until two are combined
  • 2. take the seeds and stems out of the jalapenos and place them in food processor.
  • 3. Pulse mixture until all ingredients are combined.
  • 4. This mixture maybe be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can use this as a cold spread for sandwiches or bagels or you can use it as a hot sauce for Mexican dishes or just on top of some chicken.

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/8-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced fine (more or less to taste)

Steps:

  • Blend together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder until smooth and no longer lumpy. Add chopped jalapeno to cream cheese mixture and stir until just blended.
  • The longer the mixture sits, the hotter it becomes.
