MOJITO WATERMELON SALAD

Steps:
- Cut your watermelon into bite-sized cubes. If using part of the rind as a bowl, be careful when scooping the flesh from the bowl side.
- Cut the 1/3 cup of fresh mint leaves into small strips. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetener, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Pour the dressing over your watermelon. Add the mint leaves. Stir.
- Enjoy!

- Pour the dressing over the watermelon and top with flaky sea salt.
