CHEESY RANCH BEAN DIP RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350F.
• Mix beans, sour cream, ranch mix, and half (4 oz) of the cheddar cheese together until it is combined then place it in a medium baking dish and cover with the remaining cheese.
• Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and serve warm with chips or as a side dish.

REFRIED BEAN DIP

Steps:

• Mix together refried beans and 1/4 of salsa.
• Place mixture in bottom of 8 x 8 glass dish.
• Pour remaining salsa on top of bean mixture.
• sprinkle half of taco seasoning or to taste over salsa.
• Sprinkle chopped onions over salsa mixture.
• Spread sour cream over salsa mixture.
• Sprinkle cheese over top of sour cream.
• Cover and chill over night.
• Serve with Corn chips, crackers, dipping utensiles ect--.

RANCH BEAN DIP RECIPE

Steps:

• In a sauce pan on medium heat, mix together the beans, sour cream, dressing mix and cheddar cheese (reserving some to sprinkle on top) until the cheese starts to melt (about 7-10 minutes). Top with your reserved cheese and sliced green onion.

FIESTA RANCH BEAN DIP

Steps:

• Combine ingredients except cheese.
• Heat through.
• Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.

CHEESY REFRIED BEAN DIP RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, or until onions start to soften.
• Add refried beans to the saucepan and stir until heated through.
• Remove from heat and fold in cream cheese.
• Spread bean mixture into a pie pan or small baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
• Top with cheese.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
• Garnish with green onion.
• Serve with tortilla chips.

• In a small saucepan, combine beans, cheese, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream. Heat the mixture over a medium heat, stir until the ingredients are well blended and warm.

Steps:

• Drain soaked beans and transfer them to a stock pot. Add garlic, epazote, and cold water. Place pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered until beans are soft, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Drain the beans and reserve all the liquid.
• Melt lard in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and salt; cook until onions start to brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in serrano pepper and chipotle powder; cook 1 minute. Transfer drained beans into skillet. Mash about half the beans with a potato masher or back of a spoon. Ladle some bean cooking liquid to skillet. Continue to mash and stir beans as you gradually add more liquid. Mash until the beans have reached your preferred consistency and texture. Taste and add more salt, if desired.
