1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

Mix wet ingredients.
Sift in dry ingredients.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Let them cool.
Icing (optional).
