Delicious and simple Crock Pot Steak Tacos the entire family will love! This dump and go recipe produces tender shredded beef with savory Mexican inspired spices perfect for taco night!

Steps:
- Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
- Put your steak in the bottom of your crock pot
- Mix together your seasonings and sprinkle on top of your steak
- Place your tomatoes around your steak
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
- Place your steak in a large bowl and shred with two forks
- Put your shredded steak back in your crock pot and drain any excessive juice
- Spoon into taco shells and top with favorite taco toppings

Steps:
- Combine marinade mix, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 cup oil in a bowl with an airtight lid. Add steak, seal the lid, and shake until coated with marinade.
- Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Add 1 tablespoon oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pot and add garlic. Transfer steak from marinade to the hot oil. Add taco seasoning, squeeze in lime juice, and saute until meat is no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer cooked steak to a bowl.
- Add water to the Instant Pot® and scrape steak bits from the bottom. Add bell peppers and onion. Close and lock the lid, select high pressure, and set the timer for 2 minutes. Allow 5 to 10 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes, making sure to cover with a towel to prevent splatter. Unlock and remove the lid.

CROCK POT TACO BEEF STEW
This is a very simple and inexpensive beef stew which I found on lazygourmet.com. We like it in heated flour tortillas with cheese and salsa on top. You could also add sour cream, green onions, black olives, or what have you to them after you fill the tortillas. Ole!

Steps:
- Roll beef pieces in the taco seasoning (I used cubes of round steak and put them in a plastic bag with the taco seasoning and turned it around and around to coat thoroughly).
- Place beef in crock pot.
- Combine remaining ingredients except beans and cheese and pour over beef cubes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Fifteen minutes before serving, stir in beans (I had previously cooked a bag of dry black beans, which I used rather than canned).
- Cover and heat through,.
- Top individual servings with cheddar cheese, if desired.
