EASY TUNA PASTA SALAD
A simple tuna pasta salad with bright flavors.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook cavatappi at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Whisk mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for dressing together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Stir tuna, celery, onion, peas, parsley, olives, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice into pasta. Pour dressing over salad, toss until coated, and add hard-boiled eggs on top. Serve.

I know there are a ton of tuna pasta salads here, but I didn't see any quite like this unique recipe. Who would have thought to add a mango to a pasta salad? I'm storing this here to try very soon.

Steps:
- Boil pasta according to instructions on package; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Place cooled pasta in a large bowl and add tuna, scallions, bell pepper, mango, parsley and basil.
- For the dressing, whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
- Add dressing to salad and toss well to coat.
- Garnish with some extra basil and serve chilled on 4 plates.
